Zina DiTonno is a Certified Personal Trainer and Aerial Fitness Coach based in Newark, Delaware, specializing in barefoot strength training, core stability, mobility integration, and eccentric strength training. As the owner and founder of Aerial Technique™ Teacher Training and Aerial Fun and Fitness Studio, she provides comprehensive training in aerial fitness alongside personal training sessions tailored to individual needs. Zina engages with the community as an author and speaker, promoting holistic wellness and innovative fitness approaches, and has been featured on local TV and radio shows for her expertise.
Newark Five and Wine
The Newark Five and Wine was a 5-Mile Run/Walk event hosted by the Downtown Newark Partnership, paired with an annual Wine & Dine celebration featuring food from downtown Newark's restaurants and wines from around the world. Marked by its wine theme, this event includes a post-race celebration where participants can enjoy a glass of wine, music, and camaraderie.
Newark Police Athletic League
The Newark Police Athletic League, through its various outreach and engagement activities, aims at building a stronger and more positive relationship between the police force and the community, with a special focus on engaging the youth in constructive and positive activities.
The NPAL logo design is based on the National Police Athletic League logo.
The Diversity and Inclusion Commission
The Diversity and Inclusion Commission in Newark advises the city council on equity and inclusivity matters. It's dedicated to fostering a community that values diversity and supports varied lifestyles. The commission emphasizes cooperation, respect, and understanding for everyone who lives, works, or studies in the city.
Newark Police and Aetna Public Safety Explorer Post
The Newark Delaware Police and Aetna Public Safety Explorer Post is a joint initiative by the Newark Police Department and the AETNA Hose Hook and Ladder Company of Newark. This program is designed for high school-aged youth interested in pursuing careers in police, fire, or emergency medical services (EMS).
