In the 2020 Annual Report for the Newark Police Department, I introduced a deeper, more serious blue hue, distinctively differentiating it from the 2019 edition. This deliberate choice, reflecting the department's gravitas and commitment to attracting dedicated recruits, was further enhanced by my refined InDesign techniques. The end result not only embodies the department's unwavering dedication to progress and transparency but also showcases the evolution of my design expertise.
